ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 - 5 days to process your order. Expect an email within [3-5days] to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within the time frame based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping in USA. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to USA.
You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $200). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer world wide international shipping.

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gianni Lee Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
